Video Games Found "Not Guilty" in Murder Case

Despite lawyers’ insanity plea, twenty year-old Devin Moore was found guilty of killing two cops and a police dispatcher (see our previous coverage). Lawyers had pleaded that childhood abuse and constant video game play had caused Moore to snap the evening of the spontaneous murders. The jury only convened for an hour before convicting Moore. Jurors will reconvene today to begin deliberating his sentence. Moore could face the death penalty.
