Tony Hawk's American Wasteland Soundtrack Revealed

Activision and Vagrant Records have announced the sountrack for Tony Hawk’s American Wasteland. Tony Hawk is an executive producer and creative consultant for the soundtrack.

"Tony Hawk games are known for having incredible soundtracks that match the look and feel of the game play," commented Tim Riley, worldwide executive of music for Activision. "Tony Hawk’s American Wasteland pays homage to the roots of skateboarding and the music on the CD does the same with the assembly of some of the best new bands of today giving us their take on punk classics."

"Putting this soundtrack together was like stepping into a time machine," said Rich Egan, CEO and co-owner of Vagrant Records. The songs will take listeners back to a great era in music and skating and all the credit goes to the bands. They did a great job covering these classic songs. Fans are going to be stoked on the music and how it compliments the game."
