Out of the Virtual World: Using Video Games to Win Football Championships

Hey athletes! Tired of staring at play books? According to the Saginaw News, Lowell High School in Michigan is trying something different. The coach is allowing the players to enter the game plays into their PlayStation 2 and run them off a college football game to learn them. In addition to allowing the player to learn plays, he can see how the other team might respond to the plays.

Does it work? Lowell High School won state titles in 2002 and 2004 while using this system. You decide for yourself.
